After a decade dedicated to discovering and sharing the region through olive oil, wine, gastronomy and slow tourism experiences, Olea Soul is taking the next step.

A 1852 stone house with just six rooms, including double rooms and junior suites, where accommodation, breakfast, gastronomy, local produce and experiences are all part of the same proposal. Ideal for couples and small groups of friends. And you can already book your stay through this link.

Because Olea Soul House was not created simply to offer a place to spend the night.

It was created to experience Les Garrigues.

Olea Soul House is a rural Bed & Breakfast

We are a small, peaceful and welcoming rural hotel, designed for people who want to discover the region at a slower pace.

We have six rooms with private bathrooms, shared spaces, a reading room, garden, swimming pool, terrace and different corners designed so that our guests can enjoy the house throughout their stay.

We offer double rooms, a junior suite for 2 or 3 adults, and a suite with a terrace for up to 4 adults. We also offer 24-hour concierge service.

But there is something particularly important:

Breakfast is always included in your stay.

 

When you book a room at Olea Soul House, you are booking an accommodation experience that includes breakfast every morning.

Breakfast is an essential part of our hospitality.

And, like everything we do around food, it is closely connected to the region.

Extra virgin olive oil, bread from local bakeries — have you tried the delicious pa de ronyó garriguenc? — cheeses, cured meats, fruit, sweet treats, artisan products, homemade baking, seasonal produce and other locally sourced foods will feature in our breakfasts, depending on the time of year.

Because for us, breakfast is also a way to start discovering Les Garrigues.

But breakfast is only the beginning

At Olea Soul House, we also want our guests to be able to eat, drink and enjoy local products throughout their stay.

That is why our offering will include a range of food and drink services.

Optional dinners for guests

During their stay, guests will be able to add dinner to their booking or arrange it according to the proposal available at the time.

   

These dinners will reflect the philosophy of Olea Soul: local produce, local cuisine and the gastronomy of Les Garrigues and the surrounding region.

We don’t simply want to offer a menu.

We want dinner to be part of the experience of discovering where we are.

Our gastronomic offering may vary according to the season, the products available and the activities taking place at the house.

Drinks, aperitifs and snacks throughout the day

Guests will also be able to enjoy drinks, wines, aperitifs and small snacks throughout the day.

Because some moments don’t call for a full meal.

A glass of wine after a hike.

An aperitif with extra virgin olive oil.

A small bite in the afternoon.

A refreshing drink in the garden.

An afternoon snack.

A drink at sunset by the pool.

These little moments are also part of the Olea Soul House experience.

You will also be able to purchase local products from our on-site shop.

Room service

Some of our food and drink offerings will also be available through room service, allowing guests to choose whether they would rather enjoy these moments in the shared spaces of the house or in the privacy of their room.

The idea is simple:

during their stay, our guests should be able to find at Olea Soul House everything they need to enjoy the region — including through its food and drink.

And what about Olea Soul experiences?

This is where the change is most significant.

Olea Soul isn’t disappearing. It’s evolving.

The experiences that have been part of the Olea Soul world until now will now take place mainly through Olea Soul House and for our hotel guests.

The house will be the starting point for discovering the region.

And from here, we will gradually create a programme of different activities throughout the year.

We will continue working with the things that have always defined Olea Soul:

olive oil, wine, gastronomy and local products.

We will be able to organise tastings and experiences around extra virgin olive oil, wines, cheeses and other local products. We will also offer harvest activities, photography workshops, cooking workshops and forest bathing.

We also want to shine a light on the people behind these products: producers, makers, artisans and small local projects that help keep the region alive.

Some activities will take place at the house itself.

Others will take us outside, to discover landscapes, producers, wineries, olive mills, villages and other places in Les Garrigues and the surrounding area.

Nature and the land

Les Garrigues is about more than gastronomy.

It is also about landscape.

Olive groves, vineyards, almond trees, forests, paths and mountain ranges are all part of the experience.

An activity calendar for our guests

From now on, we will be creating an activity calendar for Olea Soul House.

Some experiences will be available throughout much of the year.

Others will be seasonal.

And some will only take place on specific dates or in collaboration with local producers and projects.
